Event Overview
Our fourth-annual Virtual Career Summit happens on August 11, 2022 (with an additional InclYOUsion Day on August 10 for Black Wings, Latinas de RTC, and Tech Natives women). This two-day event is designed to connect college women in technology with leading companies in the industry and provide them with the skills and resources they need to advance their careers. The Virtual Career Summit will feature a dynamic lineup of keynote speakers and panel discussions. Attendees will be able to network with peers and industry experts, gain valuable insights into the latest industry trends, and explore new career opportunities. Attendees can network with peers and industry experts throughout the event through virtual expo booths and roundtable discussions. Companies participating in the event will also have the opportunity to connect with talented and driven women in technology and showcase their unique career opportunities.
Students will also receive an invite to our exclusive Slack channel, where company representatives can answer questions! Take advantage of this incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and make meaningful connections in the technology industry, all for just $15 or free with an essay submission.

InclYOUsion Day Schedule
Welcome address and Keynote speaker. All are invited, but you are not required to attend.
Sponsors are invited to have a representative sit on an inclusion themed panel. Panel topics will be provided by RTC, spots will be filled on a first come- first serve basis.
