How have challenges in your first role shaped you?

Coming from a background with theoretical knowledge but limited practical experience, I had to quickly familiarise myself with new tools, technologies, and workflows. Additionally, learning to navigate and collaborate within cross-functional teams required effective communication and problem-solving skills. Overcoming these challenges involved a steep learning curve and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new situations.

How are you navigating current challenges?

Currently, I’m focused on keeping up with personal development and emerging trends in the tech industry. One challenge is balancing this ongoing learning process with day-to-day responsibilities. To navigate this, I allocate dedicated time for self-study and exploration of new trends, leveraging online resources, workshops, and networking opportunities.

What does the RTC community means to you?

I lacked a community in the tech space where I could go to for advice or inspiration. RTC has provided me with a safe environment where I can connect with like-minded individuals and share my common struggles.
