Agenda:

• Introduce yourself / Get to know one another

  • Your name, city, state, school/job background, and position you’re seeking

  • What is your favorite comfort food and your favorite dessert? 

  • What are your favorite things to do when you are not job seeking? 

  • If you had to describe your job search so far as an animal, what would it be, and why? 

• Questions for the day: 

  • What are the greatest challenges or concerns so far in your job search? 

  • How do you deal with the setbacks, and what do you do for self-care throughout this process? 

  • What are some wins you’ve experienced throughout your career you’d like to share? How do you celebrate your small wins in your job search, even when you’re struggling?

Action items for job search or self care 

• Each person sets a goal for the next week(s), assigns it to themselves, and updates the group at the next meeting on how it went.
